Is there really no per-registration fee?
None. Ever. Platforms like CourseStorm charge $2.49 per registration — for a 60-family co-op running 3 classes over 2 semesters, that's $896 in fees on top of their subscription. MyCoop charges only the flat family fee.
What counts as a "family"?
Any household with at least one active child enrolled in your co-op during the term.
What happens after my trial?
We'll remind you on day 23 and day 30. On day 31 your dashboard is paused — your data is safe for 90 days. Subscribe any time to restore full access.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes — CSV import for families and children is built in.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
Most co-ops are 501(c)(3) nonprofits. MyCoop's flat monthly pricing ($49–$99/month) was designed from day one for volunteer-run organizations on lean budgets. No per-family fees, no per-registration fees, no additional discount needed.
